At BagsRental, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy.
1. Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bagsrental15@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or wrong item, BagsRental will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at bagsrental15@gmail.com.
